Maths-Whizz Customer Panels

Thursday, March 13th, 2008

Maths-Whizz Customer Panels give you the chance to shape the online tutor of the future.

We want your honest feedback on our online tutoring service. You’ll need to be a subscribing customer and prepared give us feedback on a regular basis. This might be through questionnaires, occasional phone calls and completing an intermittent diary. As a thank you we’ll give you a £15 WHSmith voucher, to spend as you see fit.

We want to know what works about Maths-Whizz, and what doesn’t work. If you have strong opinions either way, we want to hear them, and we’ll give you a voucher for your time. Here are some questions we want answers to, to get you started:

  • What does your child like and dislike about Maths-Whizz?
  • How do you motivate your child to use Maths-Whizz - what works?
  • What sort of maths should your child be studying?
  • What sort of maths does your child most enjoy studying?
  • What do you think of the Maths-Whizz customer service?

Email toni.burkett@whizzeducation.com to get involved - we want to hear from you!
