It’s coming up to that time of the year when our Stateside customers rush homeward to eat and drink with family, and then fall asleep in a comfy armchairs, stuffed like the turkeys that are traditionally served on the day – Thanksgiving.

From today, Math-Whizz (US) students will see a ‘Happy Thanksgiving’ banner in their bedrooms. The student noticeboard will also feature a special Thanksgiving quiz, with a 100 Whizz credit prize for students who really know their onions (or, rather, their cranberries).
With Thanksgiving Day on Thursday November 27th, the Whizz Thanksgiving Quiz will be live for about a week. Tell your students to get online to their math tutor, and mug up on Thanksgiving facts. Who knows, a little bit of seasonal learning might just stave off next week’s trytophan-induced food coma.
