Our 2008 summer activity is packed with features to keep kids active over the break – find out how here.
With the Professor Adventures nearly upon us you might want to know how to get the best out of our 2008 summer activity. If the British weather carries on in its current rainy vein, our UK users may find more reason to help the Prof. escape his jungle predicament! The Professor will need saving whether it’s rainstorms, heatwave, or even chilly winter (for our southern hemisphere Whizzers).
Tip 1: The Prof can’t be saved in a day
Even superheroes need a bit of rest, and Maths-Whizzers are no exception. There are 18 jungle tasks to complete, from jungle creature sheets to deviously difficult games. Every Whizzer must complete a lesson in the Maths-Whizz tutor before they can try each new jungle task, and they must do this on the same day.
Whizzers will need to pace themselves if they can get the Professor out of the Mayan jungle!
Tip 2: Keep coming back
Every Jungle Adventure game has a range of difficulty levels. When Whizzers finish a game they can stretch themselves on higher difficulty levels, or boost their times with lower difficulty levels. Kids can play, and play again.
Tip 3: Become an Expert Adventurer
As any aspiring adventurer goes, experience is everything. Whizzers collect hats to get ‘Adventurer’ ratings for every jungle task. First-time adventurers may get a ‘Novice’ rating, more experienced Whizzers become ‘Amateur’, whilst only the best become ‘Expert Adventurer’.
