It is currently not possible for parents to manually re-assess Maths-Whizz students, but it only takes a simple email to customerservice@whizzeducation.com in the UK or support@whizz.com in the US and we can reset the assessment for you.

We would only recommend reassessing students if you are completely confident that the previous assessment results are invalid.</description>
