It is currently not possible for parents to manually re-assess Maths-Whizz students, but it only takes a simple email to customerservice@whizzeducation.com in the UK or support@whizz.com in the US and we can reset the assessment for you. We would only recommend reassessing students if you are completely confident that the previous assessment results are invalid. Thank you for your query Eva, I have emailed you to arrange this.
