To cancel your subscription to Maths-Whizz, please email us.
- UK customers email customerservice@whizzeducation.com
- US customers email support@whizz.com
Ensure you include relevant account details:
- Your username (email address)
- Your student’s name (necessary if you have more than one child subscribed to the service)
Please also ensure your email arrives at least 72 hours before any new payment is due, ideally longer. Note the time between processing a payment and the payment appearing on your statement of account can be a couple of days. Each monthly payment is deducted on the same date.
If you receive no response or confirmation of cancellation within 2 working days of sending your email, please check your junk mail or spam folder to see if the email did not reach your inbox. Failing that, call the Whizz Education customer service line (UK only) to process your cancellation by phone: 020 7262 6952
