TECHNICAL UPDATE: Some customers recently brought to our attention problems with our online assessment.
After some careful investigation we’ve determined users of the internet browser Safari, version 3.1, have difficulties finishing the assessment. Users of other versions of Safari should not have any problems.
Anyone attempting to log into the student bedroom, assessment or lessons using Safari v3.1 should now receive a warning message.
The problem seems to lie with how Flash works with Safari v3.1 and we will do our best to work around this. Until we, or the makers of Safari, have come up with a fix, we strongly recommend users of Safari v3.1 install the secure and well-respected free browser Firefox, and use that to access Maths-Whizz Tutoring.
If you are using Safari to browse the internet and you are uncertain which version you have, visit www.whizz.com/login. The warning message will appear only to Safari v3.1 users.
In the meantime, we thank you for your patience. If you have any further questions about using Maths-Whizz Tutoring email customerservice@whizzeducation (in the UK), or support@whizz.com (in the USA) and we’ll do our best to help.
