Maths-Whizz Referral Programme Frequently Asked Questions

1.  What is the Maths-Whizz Referral Programme?

My Referrals is Whizz Education's way of rewarding our customers for recommending Maths-Whizz®, the online math tutoring service for children aged 4-13 years.

2.  Who can benefit from the Referral Programme and can I only recommend my friends?

Anyone can take part and you may recommend friends, family or any parents with children who may benefit from Maths-Whizz.

3. How does the Referral Programme work?

  • Once you have registered, you will be issued with a unique Referral Code (your email address).
  • A referral takes place when someone you recommend uses your Referral Code when subscribing to Maths-Whizz and does not seek a refund or chargeback. Your referral will receive £10 off their initial subscription (reducing either their annual subscription or the first of their monthly subscriptions).
  • We track the use of your referral code.
  • When five referrals are attributable to your Referral Code, you receive free a 12 month annual subscription, which will be credited to your account.  If you are an existing annual subscriber, you can use the free annual subscription at the end of your current subscription year. If you are a monthly subscriber, you can convert to an annual subscription and pay nothing more for a year. Or you can donate the subscription to someone else.

4. How do I recommend Maths-Whizz?

There are some helpful tools in My Account that will allow you easily to publicize Maths-Whizz. 
You can use your referral code in an email, on your website, or the old fashioned way – word of mouth!  But remember, you need to make sure your referrals use the Referral Code!

5. Is there a limit as to how many recommendations I can make? 

The sky’s the limit! You can make as many recommendations as you like, meaning there is no limit to the number of annual subscriptions you can earn.

6. How do I track my recommendations? 

We track all the recommendations and subscriptions in the ‘My Account’ area.  Here, you can view the history of successful recommendations.

7. Do I have to be a Maths-Whizz subscriber to earn credit?

You do not have to have a subscription with Maths-Whizz, but it certainly helps if you know all the features and benefits! The Maths-Whizz Referral Programme is an ideal way to secure a new annual subscription or conversion of an existing monthly subscription for yourself.  If you are just interested in promoting Maths-Whizz and securing an annual subscription to give away, this is fine too!

8. Can I get cash instead of credit for Maths-Whizz?

No, only credit for an annual subscription is available in the referral scheme.

9. When will I get the referral value for a recommendation? 

Each time your referral code is used we will send you an email, and you can login to your parent page and go to your referral account and find out how many referred subscribers you have. Once we have successfully taken payment in respect of the five subscriptions you have recommended and there have been no refund or chargeback requests, we will send notification that you have one free annual subscription available.
