Maths-Whizz Referral Programme Terms and Conditions

  1. Maths-Whizz Referral Programme is open to any adult over the age of 21 who is not an employee of Whizz Education (the “Referrer”).
  2. All subscriptions subsequent to your initial Maths-Whizz subscription count as valid referrals. For example, if you have two subscriptions with Maths-Whizz you only need to find a further four to claim your free annual subscription.
  3. Only subscriptions which take place with use of a Referral Code during the online subscription process at www.whizz.com will be counted as Referrals. Any other form of referral (verbal, regular mail, email or otherwise) will not be considered valid. Retrospective referrals are not permitted. An entitlement under Maths-Whizz Referral Programme can only arise from a new subscription at the time that the referred subscriber enters into that subscription.
  4. It is the Referrer’s responsibility to make sure that the referred subscriber inserts the Referrer’s Referral Code correctly during the registration and subscription process. Whizz Education cannot be held liable for referrals where the Referrer’s Referral Code has not been correctly inserted.
  5. Any entitlement(s) will be notified to Referrers following receipt by Whizz Education of the new subscriber(‘s)’ first payment(s) in cleared funds and on the condition that the new subscriber does not seek a refund or chargeback of the subscription. In the event that after providing the Referrer with a free subscription, Whizz Education suffers chargebacks in respect of the Referrals giving rise to such free subscription, the free subscription will be immediately suspended.
  6. Free subscriptions are allocated on the condition that they are under no circumstances to be offered for resale, and must not be the subject of a sale transaction of any kind. Such subscriptions are for the personal use of the Referrer and/or may be donated to a third party. Whoever benefits from a free subscription must accept the Terms and Conditions attaching to Maths-Whizz Subscriptions/the Subscription Agreement prior to using Maths-Whizz.
  7. All decisions associated with Maths-Whizz Referral Programme are at the sole discretion of Whizz Education. Whizz Education reserves the right to cancel any Referrer’s claims associated with Maths-Whizz Referral Programme without notice or explanation.
  8. Whizz Education reserves the right to amend or cancel Maths-Whizz Referral Programme without notice.
