In this position Richard has had direct experience working with individual schools, ministries of education, donor organizations and commercial partners in six continents across the globe, to raise standards in math for 5 to 13 year olds through the provision of online individualized tutoring, teacher-led digital tools and application of best practices. Richard also drives and participates in product research and innovation, collaborating with academia and industry to further the frontiers of online virtual tutoring and capacity building to use ICT for learning.

Richard graduated from Oxford University in 1994 with a BA and MA in mathematics.
