A study, carried out by the National Tutoring programme, has discovered that online tutoring can be a powerful tool in helping students affected by reduced lesson time due to school closures.
In a study carried out with 1,000 students, they found that 9 out of 10 children felt that virtual tutoring made them feel more confident with their schoolwork.
At Whizz, we’ve known for a long time the benefit virtual tutoring can have on a child’s love and understanding of maths. With over a million children having used Whizz for their maths tuition, we are proud to have been at the forefront of delivering maths excellence in the safety of a child’s home.
