Richard Marett, co-founder and CEO of Whizz Education, has told the Daily Mail that virtual maths teachers could be the solution to bridging the education gap which has opened up among students due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The government has pledged £1billion for private tuition to help students catch up on their studies.
According to Richard, a private tutor once a week for one child would cost the Government about £2,800, whereas Whizz’s virtual tutors can do the job for just £30!
