Can I cancel my subscription any time?

Yes, you can cancel your Math-Whizz subscription at any time. Your child will still have access to their Math-Whizz account until the end of the subscription period. To cancel your subscription, navigate to the students page and click 'Cancel Subscription' on the student you'd like to cancel.

How will I be billed for my subscriptions?

Annual and monthly subscriptions both renew automatically at the end of each subscription period. For monthly users, it will be the same date each month and for annual users, it will be the same date each year.

I have multiple children, is there a discount for multiple subscriptions?

Yes! We offer a discount for multiple subscriptions on both annual and monthly plans. If you have a monthtly subscription, each additional monthly subscription you add to your account will cost just $19.99/mo. If you have an annual subscription, each additional annual subscription will cost just $149.99/yr and each additional monthly subscription will cost just $19.99/mo.

Can I change my subscription from a monthly to an annual subscription?

Yes, just log in to your Parent Account and click 'Switch to Annual' on the students page at any time to change to an annual subscription.
