Can I cancel my free trial at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your Maths-Whizz free trial at any time during your 7 day trial period. Your child will still have access to their Maths-Whizz account until the end of the trial. To cancel your trial, navigate to the students page in your Parent Account and click 'Cancel Subscription' on the trial you would like to cancel.
When will I be billed for subscriptions?
You won't be charged anything during your 7 day trial. Following this, annual and monthly subscriptions will both renew automatically at the end of each subscription period. For monthly users, it will be the same date each month and for annual users, it will be the same date each year.
